How it works
Working principle of cooling tower: high-temperature circulating cooling water enters the upper water tank of the cooling tower through the pipeline and evenly distributes water to the packing layer of the cooling tower below. At the same time, the fan runs to draw air upward, realizing the cross-flow heat exchange process between hot water and cold air. The cold water flows to the water receiving tray at the bottom of the cooling tower, and the hot air is discharged from the top of the cooling tower; thus achieving the cooling purpose.
Process: dry cold air → humid air takes away heat
